The old saying goes "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", but at Okhane we think there is more to it than just eating apples!
The Okhane 'A Mile A Day' Challenge is about getting moving and creating new habits to help keep fit and healthy... and maybe you could eat your apple as part of your recovery every day!
This challenge can be completed however you like, and you can even mix-up your activities.
- Record at least 1 activity of 1 mile or more every day for 30 consecutive days.
- On completion of each activity, please upload to Strava. When you have 30 consecutive days where you have completed the challenge then complete our submission form to let us know you have finished.
